The Mroinge MBC022 12V 2A Battery Charger is much more than a simple trickle charger. It features a microcomputer chip, is lightweight and compact, and is fully automatic and very easy to use, especially in small spaces. The charger digitally controls the 4-stage battery charging process, including Initialization, Constant Current, Constant Voltage, and Floating Charge. Additionally, the charger comes with a power-down memory function, allowing it to automatically resume charging the battery when the main power is restored.

This smart battery charger is designed to keep the battery fully charged and ready to go at all times. The Mroinge MBC022 Battery Charger offers multi-level safety protection and a 4-stage charging and maintenance process. The Initialization stage diagnoses the battery performance and desulfates the battery through a 17V pulse. The Bulk stage delivers the majority of the charge, bringing the battery to 75-80% capacity. The Absorption stage completes the charge up to virtually 100% at a constant voltage, with the current tapering off. Finally, the Float stage maintains the battery at 100% charge indefinitely without damaging the battery.

The charger is designed to be easy to use. First, connect the AC power supply. Then, choose the right battery type (lead-acid or lithium (LiFePO4)). Finally, correctly connect the battery. It is important to disconnect the battery when selecting the charging mode. The unit has built-in 2-color LED indicators that clearly show the stage of charging, making it very easy to use.
